Williams Auto Mart

Rosner Barry & Babbitt has been retained by a consumer who purchased a 2008 Ford Explorer from Williams Auto Mart in Pacoima, California. Before her purchase, our client asked for a CarFax vehicle history report. The CarFax did not report any accidents. Then, months later, our client learned the vehicle had been announced at auction with frame damage. Our client alleges Williams Auto Mart knew about this damage, and misled her into thinking the CarFax was accurate.
