What’s That Smell?

Our client purchased a 2016 Nissan Titan XD from Mossy Nissan, in Escondido, in San Diego County. Soon after purchase, he noticed an exhaust smell in the cabin the of the truck. Concerned for his and his family’s health, he brought the truck back to the dealership for warranty repairs. After several attempts at a fix, the exhaust smell continued to be a problem. Then, Nissan North America, the manufacturer, refused to buy the truck back.

Since neither Mossy nor Nissan would help, we answered our client’s call and have now filed a lawsuit against Nissan North America alleging his vehicle should have been repurchased under California’s lemon law.
