Watch Out for Side Deals! Advantage Auto Sales Tries to Have a Secret Side Deal in Violation of the Law.
Advantage Auto Sales in Huntington Park, has been sued for negotiating a sale in Spanish without, allegedly, ever showing Plaintiff a Spanish-language translation of the sales contract! To top it off, Advantage Auto Sales, Inc., tried to have a side deal with Plaintiff for secret car payments not disclosed on the sales contract, the same contract that was only in English. Instead of having the whole deal in one, single document in Spanish that the consumer could read before signing, Advantage Auto Sales, Inc., tried to hide some of the terms so it could make a sale. But this consumer discovered his rights after a free consultation with the Auto Fraud Legal Center, and now he’s suing this dealership.
