Tustin Toyota, located in the City of Tustin, County of Orange, sold our client a Certified Pre-Owned (“CPO”) 2014 Toyota RAV4. Like most manufacturers, Toyota touts their Certified Pre-Owned vehicles have a like-new look and feel. However, our client later discovered her vehicle allegedly sustained frame damage in an accident prior to her purchase.
