They Say One Thing in Spanish, But Put Another Thing Down In English.

Value Cars, Inc., located in San Diego County, allegedly sold a 2012 Volkswagen Passat with frame damage to Spanish-speaking consumers. These consumers asked if the car had been in any accidents, and Value Cars’ salesman allegedly told them it had not and even showed them a CarFax. Despite this, they later found out the car had been in a prior accident. The dealership allegedly disclosed in writing that the car had been in accident, but that alleged disclosure was in English, and the dealership knew these consumers were Spanish-speakers. When these consumers found out, they got help from the Auto Fraud Legal Center and have taken this dealership to court in San Diego County.
