There Goes Ganas Auto Group Again.

Ganas Auto Group in Inglewood sold a married couple a used 2012 Honda CRV. Despite the dealership’s alleged “150-point quality inspection,” the car started having problems within a month of being purchased. It allegedly would not accelerate correctly, would jerk when shifting between gears, and shook at idle. The dealership allegedly also did not sell the car with the warranty the law required it to, and despite its alleged inspection, charges $99 for these consumers to bring the car in for repairs under the warranty it did provide. Ganas is a “Buy-Here-Pay-Here” dealership, and it allegedly kept taking monthly payments for a car that wasn’t working. This couple is is now seeking to right these wrongs with the help of the Auto Fraud Legal Center after getting their free consultation.
