The CPO That Was Anything But.

Folsom Lake Hyundai in Sacramento County sold this consumer a “Certified Pre-Owned” 2016 Hyundai Elantra. The customer who bought the car, however, learned after the fact that the car allegedly had prior accident damage. Before agreeing to buy the car, she asked the salesman if the car had been in any accidents, and the salesman said no. This consumer was outraged to learn her CPO had been in an accident despite being told it had not been and decided to do something about it. This consumer called the Auto Fraud Legal Center, got a free consultation, and is now taking this dealership to court!
