The BMW’s Engine Failed on the Drive Home From the Dealership.
LA Bimmers in Glendale allegedly sold a BMW to a consumer that broke down on him as he drove it home from the dealership. LA Bimmers wouldn’t fix the car it had just sold to this hard working guy. Even worse, the consumer contends LA Bimmers sold him an extended warranty that was worthless. When the buyer tried to have his extended warranty fix his car, they said no because the car had the problem before he even bought it. The consumer alleges LA Bimmers scammed him by selling him a car with a bad engine and selling him a worthless extended warranty. But this consumer never gave up. He spoke with an attorney at the Auto Fraud Legal Center, and now’s he taking LA Bimmers to court.
