The BMW Died on the Freeway Within Weeks of Buying It.
ICarz Dealership, located in Sacramento, allegedly sold a BMW to a consumer who starting having problems with the BMW within a week of buying it. This young mother had to replace all the tires on the BMW she had bought just a week earlier. But then things just got worse. Days after replacing the tires, her check engine light came on, the engine started making a thumping noise, and smoke came out from under the hood while she was on the freeway. She tried to pull off the freeway, but then the BMW stalled and the steering locked up. It’s a good thing she was not hurt, but this consumer decided that was not enough, so now, with the Auto Fraud Legal Center’s help, she’s taking ICarz to court.
