TEMECULA NISSAN ALLEGEDLY WRONGFULLY REPOSSESSES VEHICLE FROM ELDERLY DISABLED MAN!
Grimmett v. DPEP 5, Inc. dba Temecula Nissan – Temecula (Riverside County)
Our client, an elderly disabled man, bought a Nissan Versa from Temecula Nissan. When Temecula Nissan tried to cancel the contract well past the 10-day limit in the Seller’s Right to Cancel clause in the contract, our client made his first monthly payment directly to Temecula Nissan. Temecula Nissan cashed his check and then repossessed the vehicle the next day, leaving him stranded outside in 95-degree heat. If you purchased a vehicle, the dealership fails to notify you within 10 days of purchase that financing couldn’t be secured, and the dealership then repossesses your vehicle after you make your payments, please contact david@rbblawgroup.com.
