In May 2019, our client purchased a 2014 Infiniti QX60 from National City Auto Center in San Diego, California. Our client alleges the vehicle began having mechanical problems immediately after purchase that National City Auto Center did not repair under its Dealership Limited Warranty. After spending approximately $8,000.00 on vehicle repairs, our client contacted our office. We filed our client’s Complaint in October 2020. We have since resolved our client’s case.
