Still haven’t received your registration documents?

After selling you a car, a dealership has 30 days to submit registration documents to ensure the car is registered to you. But that’s not what happened with one of our clients who purchased a vehicle from Russell Westbrook Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Van Nuys in Los Angeles County. Allegedly, three months after the purchase, our client was still waiting for his registration card. Without a valid registration, you could be ticketed, your insurance policy could be voided, and you would have no recourse to contact the police if the vehicle were stolen. That’s why it’s so important for dealers to act quickly, and why it is a serious issue when a dealer fails to properly submit registration papers.
If you’ve been waiting too long for your registration documents, call Serena D. Aisenman at 858-348-1005.
