New case filed. Our client alleges Valley Hi Toyota sold him a 2020 Toyota Corolla and then failed to register and title the Corolla. Because the Corolla isn’t registered or titled, our service member client is getting stopped by military police and local law enforcement and cannot drive the Corolla on to the military base he is stationed at.
