Silva-Anguiano v. Piercy Fontana, LLC (Rock Honda) – San Bernardino County

Case settled. The settlement requires Rock Honda to repurchase the 2017 Ram 1500 by refunding our client’s payments for the Vehicle, paying additional damages, and paying our firm’s attorney’s fees, costs, and expenses. Upon return of the Vehicle, Rock Honda must also pay off the remaining balance due for the Vehicle.
