Should you think twice about purchasing a car from Balboa Motors?
Our clients allege they purchased a defective Nissan Maxima from Balboa Motors in San Diego County. The vehicle was probably unreliable due to its history as a rental vehicle, which was not properly disclosed to our clients before the sale. In addition, Balboa Motors is a buy-here-pay-here dealership, which means that it is legally required to provide a warranty with all vehicles sold. Our clients, however, were unaware of the warranty because Balboa Motors may have intentionally hidden this information from them to avoid liability for the car’s mechanical failures.
