Shakiba v. Ferrari Westlake – Los Angeles County

This case was ordered to arbitration but the Court left a number of issues for the arbitrator to decide. The decision is in. The Arbitrator ruled that our client’s claims are not arbitrable under Ferrari Westlake’s arbitration agreement. Now we are headed back to court with the right to a jury trial.
