This Complaint seeks relief on behalf of the following proposed class:
All persons who, between October 26, 2007, and October 26, 2011, (1) purchased a vehicle from BOB BAKER for personal use to be registered in the State of California, and (2) signed a conditional sale contract that failed to separately disclose the amounts paid for license fees and/or the amounts paid for registration, transfer, and/or titling fees.
