Reinking, Robin v. Enterprise Rent A Car Company

Robin Reinking purchased a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicle from Enterprise Car Sales in Vista, California. Enterprise told Ms. Reinking that its “Certified” vehicles represent the top 1-2% of its fleet, and further, that the Certified vehicle had never been in an accident. Upon taking the vehicle for its first service at her local Toyota dealership, she learned the vehicle had been in an accident for which the cost of repairs exceeded $14,000. With the help of the Auto Fraud Legal Center, Enterprise repurchased the vehicle for a full refund, and paid Ms. Reinking additional compensation, as well as her attorney’s fees and expenses.
