The lemon law department at the Auto Fraud Legal Center has recently filed several cases alleging that our clients’ Dodge Ram 1500’s are lemons. These cases involve defective transmissions and software. Our clients’ Dodge Ram trucks had multiple service bulletins, rapid response transmission, and recalls performed. These repairs did not work.
