Case Update. Judgment debtor examination taken of Hooman Nissani regarding Hooman Nissan of Long Beach’s assets on November 13, 2020. The court ordered Hooman Nissani to prepare for, and return for, another judgment debtor examination on January 15, 2021. The court will also address Hooman Nissani’s refusal to answer questions during the last judgment debtor examination.
