Hooman Nissani was brought into court for another judgment debtor examination (his second in January). The court is now going to consider issuing an OSC re Contempt against Mr. Nissani. If he is found guilty of contempt after a quasi-criminal trial, Mr. Nissani may end up going to jail until he starts remembering what happened to HNL Automotive, Inc.’s assets.
