Palm Springs Kia – In April 2017, our client purchased a 2015 Kia Optima Turbo from Palm Springs Kia. In July 2019, our client decided she was ready for a new vehicle and attempted to trade-in the Kia Optima. To her surprise, she was unable to trade-in the vehicle because it had structural damage! Our client was completely unaware of any prior damage to the vehicle. The CarFax Vehicle History Report shows damage to the vehicle was reported on November 10, 2015, yet, this information was not disclosed to our client before she purchased the vehicle.
