National City Dealership Allegedly Sold Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle With Accident Damage

Mazda claims it has high standards for its vehicles before one can be certified under its CPO program, and that “only the best-maintained late-model vehicles make the Mazda Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicle cut.”

Our client alleges her 2015 Mazda 3, purchased at Westcott Mazda in National City, in San Diego County, was involved in an accident before being marketed and sold as a Certified Pre-Owned, and Westcott Mazda lied about the vehicle’s accident history when she asked about it. Furthermore, our client purchased a back-up camera with the vehicle, which the dealership never installed.
