Mullins v Car Expo Auto Center – Sacramento
Our client sued Car Expo Auto Center in Sacramento and the service contract company GWC Warranty because the service contract refused to pay for a transmission repair when it learned his 2007 Ford F350 was equipped with an aftermarket exhaust and air cleaner. GWC refused coverage even though the aftermarket parts were unrelated to the repair. Our client settled with Car Expo Auto Center and GWC Warranty and got his attorney’s fees and costs paid by the defendants.
