MORE PROBLEMS FOR RAM TRUCKS
The 2019-2020 Ram 2500, Ram 3500, Ram 4500 and Ram 5500 heavy-duty trucks equipped with 6.7-liter Cummins engines are reportedly stalling due to a failure of the high-pressure fuel pump. In November 2020, Ram published Warranty Bulletin D-19-02 that instructs technicians at your local Ram dealer to contact FCA’s Technical Hotline (called STAR) for assistance. The purpose, according to Warranty Bulletin D-19-02, is apparently to collect information. Based on the information that the Lemon Law Department at the Auto Fraud Legal Center possesses, its unclear if Ram has a fix to these trucks stalling.
How many times have you had to take your Ram to your local Dodge dealer because it stalled, or for any other reason? Do you feel that you have provided Ram with a reasonable opportunity to repair your Ram Truck? The Lemon Law Department at the Auto Fraud Legal Center is here to help you.
