CONSUMER MISLED ABOUT ACCIDENT HISTORY OF CAR

In February 2017 our client went to Cash or Finance Auto in the city of Bellflower in Los Angeles County to buy a reliable used vehicle. . In her lawsuit against Cash or Finance Auto, our client alleges the salesman showed her a 2015 Nissan Sentra, (which became the subject of our client’s lawsuit) and told her the Sentra would be a great buy and that everything had been checked out. Our client alleges she asked the salesperson if the car had ever been involved in an accident and the Cash or Finance Auto salesperson told her the 2015 Nissan Sentra was completely clean and had never been in any accident. Our client alleges that the finance person showed her a Carfax, and Autocheck, reports as proof of their representations that the Nissan had never been in an accident, and had no damage. But just over a month after purchase, the brakes on the 2015 Nissan Sentra would not engage and caused the car to crash against a curb.

Our client’s lawsuit goes on to allege the car was towed to a body shop after which the mechanic advised her, and her insurance company, that the 2015 Nissan Sentra had significant prior frame and suspension damage which has not been repaired. After filing a Complaint in this matter, the Auto Fraud Legal Center obtained a refund for our client, had her loan paid off, and her attorneys’ fees paid.

Lilia Guizar was my attorney in a recent fraud case and I am so impressed with the outcome. The process was quick and easy. This legal team is amazing! Yes our case took time but they were always ready to answer any of our questions and we had a lot!
