Miller, et al. v. PAC Auto Group, Inc., et al. – “Mandatory” Service Contract

In the case of Miller v. PAC Auto Group, Inc., Pacific Auto Center in Fontana, California, is alleged to have represented to Mr. Miller that he was required to purchase a service contract in order to purchase a used 2011 Dodge Ram 3500. No law requires a consumer to purchase a service contract in order to purchase a vehicle. Representing otherwise constitutes fraud.

If you purchased a service contract based on your dealership’s representation that it was a condition to the purchase, contact Rosner, Barry & Babbitt, LLP’s Auto Fraud Legal Center for a COMPLIMENTARY evaluation of your rights.
