Mercedes-Benz Certified Preowned Vehicles

The Auto Fraud Legal Center has filed yet another lawsuit related to the Mercedes-Benz Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Vehicle Program. In Cunningham v. Von Housen’s Sacramento, Inc. et al., Sacramento Superior Court Case No. 34-2017-00218655-CU-CO-GDS, we allege BMW of Sacramento failed to disclose prior body repair performed on the 2014 Mercedes-Benz C250 that had been advertised and sold as a CPO Vehicle. It is also alleged BMW of Sacramento and BMW violated California’s Lemon Law.
