Martinez v. Lending Group Auto – Sacramento County

Case settled. The settlement requires Lending Group Auto to repurchase the 2014 Honda Accord by refunding our client’s payments for the Vehicle, pay additional damages, and pay our firm’s attorney’s fees and costs. Upon return of the Vehicle, Lending Group Auto must also payoff the remaining balance due for the Vehicle.
