M Motorsport – M Motorsport allegedly sold our client a vehicle with multiple undisclosed mechanical problems. Our client believes she purchased a Certified Preowned (CPO) Vehicle, meaning the vehicle should have been sold in good working order and should have under gone a multi-point inspection before being sold. Two days after purchase, the vehicle’s check engine light turned on. After MULTIPLE repair attempts, M Motorsport allegedly never repaired the vehicle. To this day, our client allegedly has never been told by M Motorsport what is wrong with the vehicle and was never given a Repair Order for any of the MULTIPLE repair attempts.
