Lovas v. Paramount Auto Center

Our client purchased a 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe from Paramount Auto Sales in Los Angeles. After purchasing the vehicle, our client learned Paramount Auto Center did not smog the vehicle before selling it to her. If a vehicle is over 4 years old, it is the dealer’s responsibility to provide the buyer proof of a current smog certification unless a smog certification was submitted to the DMV within the past 90 days.

If you purchased a vehicle that does not have a current smog certification, please contact lacee@rbblawgroup.com or call Rosner Barry & Babbitt for a free consultation.
