Our recent case against Todos Califican has settled!
The Monterey County dealer sold our client a truck that was reported as a salvage title vehicle. However, the dealer allegedly did not comply with California’s disclosure laws for displaying and selling a vehicle with a salvage title.
After filing a lawsuit in Monterey Superior Court, the Auto Fraud Legal Center was able to get out client an award of money, his attorneys fees paid, and he got to keep the truck!
