Litigation Update: Settlement with Future Ford of Sacramento
We recently negotiated a settlement on behalf of a client with Future Ford in Sacramento County. The client alleged that he purchased a Ford F-150 from this dealership after viewing some advertisements that listed the vehicle as a Platinum model with a number of luxury features. After the purchase, he learned that it was actually a cheaper Lariat model and didn’t have those luxury features. Future Ford has agreed to compensate our client for selling him the wrong model and pay his attorneys’ fees and costs.
