Litigation Update: Lewis v. Lux Auto, Inc.
A dealership in Alameda County sold our clients a used 2013 BMW 3-series. Our clients alleged that when they asked at the time of purchase whether the vehicle had been in any accidents, the dealer’s employees said no. Our clients alleged that when they later went to trade the vehicle in, they found out the vehicle had been in an accident and severely reduced the value of the vehicle by thousands of dollars. After filing a lawsuit, the attorneys at Rosner, Barry & Babbitt’s Auto Fraud Legal Center were able to get all our clients’ money back, the car off our clients’ hands, and their attorney’s fees and costs covered.
If you’ve had a vehicle that was sold to with undisclosed prior accident damage, you may have a claim against the dealership. Please contact tsolik@rbblawgroup.com at Rosner, Barry & Babbitt’s Auto Fraud Legal Center. We will provide you a FREE evaluation of your rights. We are here to help you!
