Our client purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Hyundai Santa Fe from Keyes Hyundai, located in Los Angeles. After purchase, our client experienced a jerking-like feeling when driving the vehicle. No Hyundai dealership could figure out what was wrong, yet Hyundai refused to repurchase the vehicle under California’s “lemon law.”
After filing a lawsuit in the Los Angeles Superior Court, the Auto Fraud Legal Center was able to recover all our client’s money, as well has attorney’s fees.
