Litigation Update: General Motors

One of our lemon law cases against General Motors has settled!

Our client purchased a new 2018 Chevrolet Colorado from Concord Chevrolet, a Contra Costa County dealership. After purchase our client noticed the vehicle was leaning to one side. He brought the vehicle back to the dealership for repairs, but after several attempts the leaning issue could not be corrected. General Motors refused to undertake its required duties under California’s “lemon law” by repurchasing or replacing the vehicle.

Our firm was able to get our all our client’s money back and his attorneys fees paid.

If you think you purchased a vehicle that might be a “lemon,” contact jason@rbblawgroup.com for a free evaluation of your potential claims.
