Latimore v. MAC Motor Sports

Mr. Latimore traded-in his 2004 Mercedes-Benz to MAC Motor Sports in Fontana in connection with the purchase of a 2007 Mercedes Benz. Mr. Latimore alleged MAC Motor Sports failed to pay off the outstanding balance on the trade-in. In the end, MAC Motor Sports was forced to pay off the balance on the trade-in and Great American Insurance Company refunded all the extra monthly payments Mr. Latimore incurred before the trade-in was fully paid off.
