LaMaster, et al. v. RoadTrek and La Mesa R.V. – Yolo Country
New case against RoadTrek and La Mesa R.V. alleging that our clients’ 2016 RoadTrek Zion is defective. The RoadTrek has spent over 100 days out of service waiting for repairs. La Mesa R.V. admits the RoadTrek was returned to our clients unrepaired. We allege RoadTrek’s warranties are illusory because RoadTrek has failed to provide an adequate supply of parts and repair facilities to actually honor the warranty in California.
