Kandah v. Vroom

In January 2020, our client purchased a vehicle from Vroom, an online vehicle dealership. The vehicle was delivered to his home in California. Our client attempted to register the vehicle with the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) and was told the vehicle VIN did not match the VIN listed on the title. Our client was unable to register the vehicle and, therefore, unable to drive the vehicle. After several months of attempting to resolve the matter on his own, our client contacted Rosner, Barry & Babbitt’s Auto Fraud Legal Center. We filed our client’s Complaint in January 2021 and have now resolved his matter.
