Our clients purchased a 2013 Chevrolet Equinox from Winner Chevrolet in Colfax in Placer County. They allege that Winner Chevrolet failed to disclose multiple pre-sale accidents and overcharged Vehicle License Fees. Since their purchase, the Equinox has had multiple transmission repairs for almost two months in the shop. Our clients allege General Motors has failed to fix or buyback this defective Equinox.
