JEEP SOLD OVER ADVERTISED PRICE?
On November 6, 2021, our clients went to Car Castle, an automobile dealership in Fullerton, specifically looking to purchase a Jeep. Our clients were shown a 2013 Jeep Wrangler and, after various representations made by Car Castle, purchased the 2013 Jeep. Our clients allege Car Castle’s representations about the Jeep Wrangler were not true. Our client alleges, among other matters, that Car Castle violated the law by: misrepresenting the selling price for the Vehicle; selling the Vehicle over its advertised price; misrepresenting the down payment on the sales contract; misrepresenting the terms of sale of the Jeep; requiring our clients to sign a Promissory Note; misrepresenting the physical condition of the 2013 Wrangler; misrepresenting the mechanical condition of the Jeep; misrepresenting the quality of the Jeep; and advertising this 2013 Jeep Wrangler with the intent not to sell it as its advertised price. Rosner, Barry & Babbitt filed suit in Orange County to force Car Castle to buy-back our client’s 2013 Jeep Wrangler
