Is Your Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle Having Problems?

If your certified pre-owned (CPO) vehicle is exhibiting mechanical problems, it may not have been properly certified. A CPO vehicle is a used vehicle that has allegedly been thoroughly inspected and certified as being in good condition. If you can’t afford a brand-new car, these are usually the next best choice for a reliable vehicle. However, sometimes a dealership will not properly certify a vehicle and/or a manufacturer will not properly oversee its own certification program. When that happens, you may end up with a CPO lemon. If you bought a CPO vehicle and experienced numerous mechanical issues, or later discovered that the vehicle had extensive accident damage, you may have a claim.
