Is Toyota of the Desert Targeting Disabled Consumers?
One of our clients visited Toyota of the Desert in Riverside County last year to purchase a used vehicle. She is disabled and lives on a limited income, so when a salesman allegedly told her that a used Honda was “practically brand new,” she believed him and was excited to get a good deal. What she didn’t know is that the Vehicle was actually a lemon, and the dealership may have lied about her income to get her approved for an auto loan that she can’t afford on disability.
Did Toyota of the Desert lie to you about the condition of a car, or falsify information on your credit application to get you approved for a loan? If so, contact Serena D. Aisenman at serena@rbblawgroup.com.
