Illegal to Sell a Vehicle for More than the Advertised Price

Ms. Gaston purchased a used BMW from SoCal Cars of Huntington Park. Ms. Gaston alleged she was charged nearly $3,000 more than the advertised price. California law requires dealerships to honor the lowest advertised price, even if you didn’t see it. Rosner, Barry & Babbitt got SoCal Cars to repurchase the vehicle, refund all of Ms. Gaston’s payments, and pay her incidental damages.

Rosner, Barry & Babbitt’s Auto Fraud Legal Center has been representing consumers in California for over thirty years. If a dealer sold you a vehicle for more than the advertised price, contact Lacee Smith for a free evaluation of your situation. lacee@rbblawgroup.com
