Illegal to Sell a Vehicle for More than the Advertised Price

Ms. Gaston purchased a used BMW from SoCal Cars of Huntington Park. Ms. Gaston alleged she was charged nearly $3,000 more than the advertised price. California law requires dealerships to honor the lowest advertised price, even if you didn’t see it.
