Many people think that they have a lemon simply because they bought a car that turns out to have mechanical problems. Unfortunately, that is not all it takes to have a lemon. A car is considered a lemon when a dealer or manufacturer is unable to bring the car to the standard of its warranty. Therefore, if you don’t have a dealer-backed or manufacturer-backed warranty, then your car will not be considered a lemon. Beware of as-is purchases on older cars that no longer have a factory warranty because you won’t have the same lemon law protections. Lilia Guizar was my attorney in a recent fraud case and I am so impressed with the outcome. The process was quick and easy. This legal team is amazing! Yes our case took time but they were always ready to answer any of our questions and we had a lot!
