Honda Refused to Repurchase a Lemon

Our client purchased a 2019 Acura RDX from Kearny Mesa Acura, in San Diego County. Soon after purchase, he noticed a bad grinding noise when he applied the brakes. After several attempts at a fix, the grinding brakes continued to be a problem and our client was fearful the vehicle was unsafe to drive. Our client alleges that he demanded the manufacturer, Honda, repurchase the vehicle under California’s “Lemon Law” and that Honda refused.

Since the dealership and manufacturer wouldn’t help, we answered our client’s call. The attorneys at Rosner, Barry & Babbitt have expert experience at handling lemons – it’s what we do.

If your newly purchased vehicle has a mechanical defect that the dealer can’t fix, please contact Rosner, Barry & Babbitt’s Auto Fraud Legal Center for a FREE evaluation of your case.
