New case filed against Motorcars West, LLC over the sale and repair of a 2013 BMW 550. Our client alleges Motorcars West, LLC (1) misrepresented the BMW’s condition; (2) misrepresented the scope and results of a BMW dealer’s inspection of the Vehicle; (3) misrepresented a BMW dealer’s approval of the Vehicle prior to its sale to Plaintiff. Our client further alleges that Motorcars West, LLC failed to repair the BMW under the warranty.
