Holloway v. Rose Auto Sales, Inc. – San Diego

Plaintiff alleged Rose Auto Sales committed odometer fraud by misrepresenting the vehicle’s actual mileage and also overcharged him for Vehicle License Fees due to the Department of Motor Vehicles. Rose Auto Sales agreed to repurchase Plaintiff’s vehicle and refund all of his payments. This is the third case the Auto Fraud Legal Center has brought against Rose Auto Sales for odometer fraud and overcharged Vehicle License Fese.
