Our client bought a certified pre-owned Nissan Sentra from Universal City Nissan in 2016. Our client alleges that when she asked the dealership whether the car had been in any prior accidents, she was told it had not, and that the only issue was that an employee had slightly bumped the fender of the car, which they had smoothly repainted. Soon after, however, our client found out that the car had actually been in an accident before she purchased it.
