Harutyunyan v. Von Housen’s Sacramento, Inc., et al. – Sale Over Advertised Price

In the case of Harutyunyan v. Von Housen’s Sacramento, Inc., the Harutyunyans allege Mercedes Benz of Sacramento advertised a 2016 Mercedes-Benz S550V at a price as low as $61,445 and then sold it to the Harutyunyans for $63,855. It is illegal for a licensed California dealership to sell a vehicle over advertised price, regardless of whether the buyer saw the advertisement. (Veh. Code § 11713.1(e).)
If the dollar amount listed on Line 1(A)(1) of your sale contract is more than the price at which the dealer advertised the vehicle, contact Auto Fraud Legal Center’s Auto Fraud Legal Center TODAY for a COMPLIMENTARY evaluation of your rights.
